Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Engineering Manager** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. 

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead Maintenance & Equipment Reliability  
    Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, optimize equipment performance, and minimize downtime to ensure efficient production.
-   Oversee Engineering Projects & New Installations  
    Manage new equipment installation, perform FAT/SAT testing, and deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
-   Plan Shutdowns & Spare Parts Management  
    Develop shutdown plans, supervise major maintenance activities, and maintain critical spare parts inventory to prevent production interruptions.
-   Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence  
    Implement ISO requirements, follow maintenance SOPs, and ensure all engineering activities support organizational goals and production quality.
-   Develop the Engineering Team  
    Train and coach maintenance staff, build succession plans, and enhance team capabilities to improve overall engineering performance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
-   PMP or MBA is a plus.

-   13+ years of experience with at least 4 years in a similar position.
-   3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
