We are seeking experienced **Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialists** to join an established iGaming company in Malta—Europe’s premier hub for online gaming and tech. You will be the first point of contact for our players, ensuring a safe, professional, and high-quality experience while the rest of the world sleeps.

### **What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Night Shift Specialist, you will handle a variety of tasks with a focus on first-contact resolution:

-   **Multichannel Support:** Handle live chat and email inquiries in your native language (Finnish or Norwegian) and English.
-   **Account Management:** Assist with player verification (KYC), document processing, and payment queries.
-   **Player Safety:** Identify and escalate Responsible Gaming situations and suspicious behavior.
-   **Technical Troubleshooting:** Investigate account issues and provide structured solutions.
-   **Growth:** Escalate complex cases to specialized departments (Fraud, VIP, or Payments).

## Requirements

-   **Language Skills:** Native-level fluency in **Finnish**, plus professional fluency in **English**.
-   **Experience:** At least 1 year of previous experience in customer support (Chat/Email based).
-   **Night Owl DNA:** You genuinely prefer working night shifts and can maintain high focus during evening hours.
-   **Industry Knowledge:** Previous experience in **iGaming** is a significant advantage.
-   **Soft Skills:** A calm, structured communication style and the ability to work independently.
