We are looking for an experienced **Consultant Family Medicine** physician to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across different age groups, with strong expertise in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and primary care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive primary and family medicine care to patients of all age groups.
-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
-   Conduct routine health assessments, preventive screenings, and wellness consultations.
-   Develop individualized treatment and long-term care plans.
-   Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory disorders.
-   Provide preventive healthcare, lifestyle counselling, and health education.
-   Perform appropriate minor procedures and clinical interventions within scope of practice.
-   Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists when required.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical quality initiatives.
-   Support patient education, disease prevention, and health-promotion programs.
-   Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Family Medicine**.
-   Board certification or equivalent recognized specialist/consultant qualification.
-   Minimum **5–10 years of post-specialization experience** in Family Medicine.
-   Strong experience in comprehensive primary care and preventive medicine.
-   Experience managing patients with multiple chronic and acute conditions.
-   Eligible for **DHA Consultant classification/license** in Dubai.
-   Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
