## Description

**Are you a Norwegian speaker?**

We are looking for **Norwegian Customer Support Consultants** to join the dynamic team of **Netflix**. Are you a TV shows fan? **Start your career in Greece and work remotely all over the country!**

What you will do:  

-   Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
-   Answering how-to questions about payment
-   Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
-   Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix

## Requirements

-   **Native Norwegian speaker**
-   **Fluency in English**
-   Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
-   Computer knowledge/tech savviness
-   Being a TV shows fan (or even a Netflix subscriber) will be considered as an extra asset!
-   **Relocation to Greece**
-   **EU Passport holder**
