## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled **Mechanical Draftsman** with strong expertise in **Revit** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing detailed mechanical drawings and models, with a solid understanding of MEP systems and industry standards.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare detailed **mechanical drawings and shop drawings** using Revit and AutoCAD
-   Develop **3D models and BIM coordination drawings** for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
-   Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and coordination
-   Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
-   Ensure all drawings comply with **local authority regulations and company standards**
-   Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines
-   Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions

## Requirements

-   Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
-   Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Mechanical Draftsman in the UAE (preferred)
-   Strong proficiency in **Revit** and **AutoCAD** **(mandatory)** 
-   Experience in **MEP drafting and BIM coordination**
-   Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
-   Knowledge of Dubai authority regulations (DEWA, DM, etc.) is a plus
-   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
