We have an exciting opportunity for a critical and analytical thinker to join our Finance Operations team as an MDM Analyst. This person thrives in an environment that promotes a high level of accuracy, governance, and process improvement. Adaptable in ever-changing environments, they will be able to address system issues effectively and efficiently and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

## Requirements

As a MDM Analyst, you will be responsible for:  

-   Timely and accurate actioning of cases that come through the system from stakeholders
-   Maintaining and updating data to accurately reflect contracts or variations to eliminate discrepancies
-   Issue resolution of all cases, with a focus on long term solutions
-   Solving carrier invoicing and credit issues in collaboration with the Claims team
-   Proactively communicating around, and efficiently resolving all discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
-   Be a part of ongoing stakeholder training to enhance processes & systems
-   Process improvement and efficiency identification  
    

We are looking for:

-   Minimum of 12 months of Analytical and/or Systems experience
-   MS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel)
-   Successful track record of problem solving and continuous improvement projects
-   Proven ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data for decision-making
-   Demonstrate strong mathematical ability
-   Commerce or Business Info Systems qualification desirable
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
