**About the Role**

You will be joining a tight-knit Corporate Finance & Strategy Team as a Corporate Finance Analyst, where you will get the chance to have direct exposure to C suites and key stakeholders, including international institutional lenders and equity investors. Deep analytical skills, project management, and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**

**Main Responsibility:** Investor Relations

-   Creating reports, presentations, and other required materials
-   Crafting responses to stakeholder inquiries along with relevant data
-   Maintaining positive relationships with the counterpart team

**Secondary Responsibility:** Fundraising

-   Supporting the fundraising PMO
-   Conducting desktop research (e.g., industry and competitor analysis)
-   Performing financial modeling and analysis

## Requirements

-   3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, consulting, corporate finance, or related fields

-   Background at Big 4 firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG) or top-tier consulting/advisory companies is highly preferred
-   Graduated from a top university in Indonesia or abroad with a strong academic track record
-   Solid understanding of financial reports, accounting principles, and business modeling
-   Excellent analytical thinking, presentation, and communication skills
-   Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-   Prior experience in VC, private equity, or startup environments is a strong plus
