**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Senior CPA** to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex accounting functions, oversee financial reporting and compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive sound business decisions. You will serve as a key advisor internally and to clients, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in all financial operations.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a CPA who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in problem-solving, and is ready to take ownership of high-level accounting responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Help, manage and oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.
-   Lead the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
-   Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders and clients based on thorough analysis and reporting.
-   Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
-   Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

**Qualifications:**

-   Active CPA license (required).
-   5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
-   Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
-   Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
-   Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-   High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
