## Description

### Responsibilities

-   Oversee quality inspections, First Article Inspections (FAI), calibration programs, and audit activities to ensure product conformity and compliance with customer requirements.
-   Lead the implementation and maintenance of the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and aerospace industry standards.
-   Support New Product Introduction (NPI), APQP, and cross-functional projects to integrate quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
-   Investigate quality issues, resolve customer complaints, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-   Monitor quality KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational performance.
-   Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to strengthen quality processes, reduce defects, and promote a culture of quality excellence.

## Requirements

### Prefer those:

-   Experience in the aerospace industry is required.
-   3-5 years of experience leading AS9100 internal audits and QMS management, including internal audit planning, execution, management review meetings, and certification body audit management, is preferred.
-   3-5 years of experience with APQP and PPAP activities is preferred.
-   Experience leading APQP activities for new projects is preferred.
-   3-5 years of experience in direct customer complaint and claim management is preferred.
