## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for Croatian-Speaking Financial Customer Agents to join our expanding team in Greece. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer service to Croatian-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries about financial products and services through phone, email, and chat.
-   Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within the CRM system.
-   Cooperate with internal teams to offer comprehensive solutions and enhance overall customer experience.
-   Stay updated on industry developments, financial products, and relevant regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) and good command of English.
-   Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
-   Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software tools.
-   Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
