### Responsibilities

-   Develop and implement machine learning models to enhance candidate matching algorithms.
-   Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

-   Conduct research on new techniques and technologies to improve the efficiency of our AI-driven systems.

## Requirements

-   Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
-   Solid background in machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing.
-   Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
-   Experience working with data processing frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Spark.
-   Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
