## Description

Location: Tai Seng  
  
Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000  
  
Benefits:  
\- 0–20% Monthly Performance Related Pay  
\- 2% Monthly Medical Allowance  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Conceptualise and produce short-form video content.  
\- Shoot and edit vertical videos.  
\- Structure content using the Hook → Core Message → CTA framework.  
\- Support content calendar planning.  
\- Schedule and publish posts across various platforms.  
\- Assist in preparing creatives for marketing campaigns.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.  
\- Experience in video shooting and editing.  
\- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.  
\- Understanding of different platform styles and formats (XHS, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts).  
\- Organised and proactive.  
\- Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally would be an advantage.
