## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Property Manager** to oversee a portfolio of **commercial properties**, ensuring strong financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring **solid hands-on commercial property management experience**, strong **budgeting and financial control**, and the ability to **lead FM teams while maintaining high service standards**.

This role is critical to ensuring portfolio performance, maintaining tenant relationships, and upholding company standards across all assets.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage day-to-day operations of a **commercial property portfolio**
-   Oversee and monitor **FM teams and service providers**
-   Prepare, manage, and track **budgets, service charges, and financial reports**
-   Ensure achievement of **KPIs and SLA standards**
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with **commercial tenants**
-   Handle **tenant queries, renewals, and lease coordination**
-   Conduct regular **property inspections** and ensure asset upkeep
-   Drive **cost control and operational efficiency**
-   Ensure compliance with **local regulations and company policies**
-   Support asset value enhancement and **occupancy optimization**

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in **commercial property management** (ESSENTIAL)
-   Strong knowledge of **budgeting, financial reporting, and service charge management**
-   Experience managing **FM teams and contractors**
-   Excellent **tenant management and stakeholder communication skills**
-   Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize effectively
-   Strong understanding of **KPI-driven environments**
-   Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related preferred)
