**£23.85 per hour | 12-hour shifts (8:00am to 8:00pm or 8:00pm to 8:00am)**

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of older people? As we prepare to welcome residents to our brand-new **Belong Birkdale Village**, we are looking for dedicated Nurses to join our growing team and help create an exceptional care environment from day one.

Belong is an innovative not-for-profit provider of person-centred care for older people, specialising in dementia care. Our villages are designed to promote independence, wellbeing and a true sense of community. ### About the Role

Working **12-hour day shifts (8:00am to 8:00pm) or night shifts (8:00pm to 8:00am)**, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of nursing care. Working alongside a friendly and supportive team, you will promote wellbeing, independence and dignity while meeting the clinical needs of residents.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the health and wellbeing of residents across the village
-   Administer and manage medications safely and effectively
-   Maintain accurate care records, risk assessments and care plans
-   Support the care team with personal care where required
-   Contribute to clinical governance activities and meetings
-   Complete nursing audits and documentation
-   Deliver holistic and compassionate end-of-life care
-   Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals

### What We're Looking For

-   Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN

-   A caring, compassionate and resident-focused approach
-   Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
-   Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
-   Experience within elderly care, dementia care or a similar setting is desirable

### Essential Requirements

-   Right to live and work in the UK
-   Within a commutable distance of Birkdale
-   Ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check
