Better Engineering is searching for a full-time **Applications Engineer** to generate quotations for custom machinery. Candidates must hold teamwork and leadership paramount and exemplify a strong work ethic.

9/80 work schedule **(every other Friday off)**, benefits, vacation, 401K, company picnics, overtime opportunities, great working environment, and a brand new building!

## Requirements

-   Live within a 45 minute commute of Joppa, MD
-   BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar
-   2+ years' experience with Solid modeling (Solidworks preferred)
-   Basic math and mechanical aptitude
-   Excellent communication skills
-   MS office proficiency
