## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a position for a Polish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role includes a fully paid relocation package, providing an excellent opportunity to live and work in a dynamic European city. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and maintains a safe online environment for Polish-speaking users.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate and review user-generated content in Polish, ensuring compliance with community standards and policies.
-   Accurately classify content and make decisions based on established moderation guidelines.
-   Identify, document, and escalate inappropriate content or violations to relevant teams.
-   Offer insights into content trends and user behavior to support continuous improvement in moderation strategies.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to enhance moderation workflows and processes.
-   Keep up-to-date with company policies and industry best practices in content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
-   High attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply moderation policies.
-   Strong communication skills to clearly convey moderation actions and decisions.
-   Capability to handle sensitive content professionally and ethically.
-   Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
