## Description

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions through automation, performance testing, and continuous improvement of QA processes. The role focuses on UI and API test automation, performance testing, and the development of automated solutions that support efficient day-to-day operations. You will collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams within Agile environments.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UI and API testing
-   Develop and execute performance, load, and stress testing scenarios
-   Contribute to the automation of BAU activities and testing processes
-   Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement automated testing pipelines
-   Analyse test results and identify areas for improvement
-   Report defects and support troubleshooting activities
-   Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and team activities
-   Ensure testing activities align with quality standards and project timelines

## Requirements

-   Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Newman, or similar
-   Experience with load and stress testing tools such as JMeter, LoadUI, or equivalent
-   Strong coding skills in JavaScript and Java
-   Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Bamboo, and GitLab is considered an advantage
-   Experience working in Agile environments is desirable
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-   Effective organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills
-   Ability to deliver results within strict timelines
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
-   Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
-   Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to different stakeholders

### Nice to have

-   ISTQB Certified Tester
-   Certified Test Automation Engineer
-   ISTQB Agile Tester or equivalent certifications
