## Description

The Proposal / Pitch Specialist plays a critical role in winning new business. We are looking for someone highly resourceful, detail-driven, and capable of using AI tools to craft compelling proposals and presentations.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop high-quality proposals, tenders, and pitch decks
-   Coordinate inputs from strategy, creative, and finance teams
-   Structure content clearly and persuasively
-   Use AI tools to support research, drafting, benchmarking, and storytelling
-   Ensure proposals align with brand and client requirements
-   Manage proposal timelines and submissions

## Requirements

-   2-5 years of experience in proposals, bids, or business development
-   Excellent writing and presentation skills
-   Strong attention to detail and deadline management
-   Proficiency in PowerPoint and document design
-   Experience using AI tools for content and research
-   Highly resourceful, proactive, and quality-driven
