**About the Role**

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its high-acuity ICU, organ support and multidisciplinary critical care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Critical Care Physician to join its growing clinical team.

The role offers internationally trained clinicians the opportunity to work in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment with strong clinical exposure and a diverse international patient population.

**Role Overview**

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead the management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma and postoperative patients in the ICU.
-   Provide advanced organ support, including mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic management, renal support coordination and sepsis care.
-   Perform critical care procedures such as airway management, central venous access and invasive monitoring according to clinical privileges.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists and allied health teams.
-   Communicate effectively with families and support goals-of-care discussions and ethical decision-making.
-   Support ICU protocols, infection prevention, clinical audits, simulation training and quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

Applications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant Critical Care Physicians holding recognised qualifications such as:

-   American Board certification in Critical Care Medicine
-   UK CCT / FFICM / MRCP or FRCA pathway
-   European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine
-   Royal College Certification (Canada)
-   Australian CICM Fellowship
-   Arab Board
-   DM / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
