**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Recruiter** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from initial screening to final placement. You will be responsible for **CV screening, conducting candidate interviews, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and candidates.**

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **CV Screening & Candidate Evaluation:** Review resumes to shortlist candidates who align with job requirements.
-   **Interviews & Assessments:** Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-   **Client & Candidate Communication:** Act as the main point of contact, ensuring timely updates and smooth coordination.
-   **Job Posting & Talent Sourcing:** Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms to attract top talent.
-   **Database & Pipeline Management:** Maintain and track candidates through Workable, Trello, and other tools.
-   **Process Optimisation:** Improve recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a **Recruiter** (agency or in-house).
-   Strong skills in **CV screening, interviewing, and stakeholder communication**.
-   Proficiency in **Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Trello**, and other job posting platforms.
-   Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
-   Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
-   Familiarity with **ATS systems and recruitment best practices**.
