## Description

Devsinc is looking for **high-potential fresh graduates** who are passionate about building a career in **Outbound B2B Sales & Lead Generation**, specifically targeting the North American market.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, **outbound-driven sales environment**. You will work closely with experienced Sales and Global B2B teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline through structured outreach and prospecting.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct **market research** to identify target companies and key decision-makers across **North America** and **EMEA.**
-   Execute **outbound outreach campaigns** via **email, LinkedIn,** and structured **multi-channel prospecting sequences**.
-   Identify and understand **customer pain points** to initiate meaningful conversations.
-   Qualify leads using frameworks like **BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).**
-   Book **qualified discovery calls** for Account Executives.
-   Maintain and update **CRM records**, tracking outreach and pipeline progress.
-   Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and targeting.
-   Continuously build knowledge of **market trends, buyer behavior, and Devsinc offerings.**

## Requirements

-   **Fresh graduate (or up to 6 months experience)** in Business, Sales, or related field.
-   Strong **verbal and written communication skills** (must meet professional U.S. business standards).
-   Demonstrated interest or exposure to **sales, business development, or client interaction** (internships, projects, societies, etc.)
-   Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with international clients.
-   Basic understanding of **B2B sales or lead generation** is a plus.
-   Familiarity with tools like **LinkedIn, Google Workspace**, or CRM systems is a bonus.
