## Description

J. Blanton Plumbing is rapidly growing and looking for experienced Foundation Repair Sales Consultants, Structural Repair Sales Representatives, and In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to transition into a year-round, high-ticket sales opportunity.

If you have experience meeting with homeowners, inspecting properties, presenting solutions, and closing residential foundation repair projects, we'll train you to become a successful Sewer Sales Consultant. No sewer experience is required.

### What You'll Do

-   Meet homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
-   Assess customer needs and recommend sewer repair and replacement solutions
-   Present options and financing solutions
-   Build trust and guide customers through the buying process
-   Close high-ticket residential projects
-   Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

## Requirements

-   2+ years of foundation repair, structural repair, waterproofing, or in-home residential sales experience
-   Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing high-ticket projects
-   Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
-   Customer-focused and relationship-driven approach
-   Valid driver's license
-   Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
