The position includes a fully paid relocation package to Sofia, ensuring a smooth and supported transition. As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with German-speaking clients to understand their business requirements and provide customized solutions that contribute to their success.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English is required; please specify your native language and nationality in your C.V. or cover letter.
-   Proven experience in customer solutions, consultancy, or related customer service roles.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tailor optimal solutions.
-   Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided.
