### Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist

Yumwoof is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to help us build the team behind our next phase of growth.

This role is primarily focused on recruiting and talent acquisition, while also supporting onboarding and core people operations processes that help our team scale efficiently. We’re looking for someone who can confidently own hiring execution from sourcing through onboarding, improve recruiting systems and workflows, and create an exceptional candidate and employee experience along the way.

### Role Overview

This is a part-time contract position (~15–20 hours/week) ideal for someone who excels in recruiting execution while also supporting operational HR and people functions. You’ll lead full-cycle hiring across multiple departments — including sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding — while helping create organized, scalable recruiting and people operations systems as Yumwoof continues to grow.

You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to ensure hiring moves quickly, candidates have a thoughtful experience, and new hires are set up for success from day one.

Salary Range: $35–$50/hr

## Requirements

**● 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or people operations roles  
● Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously in fast-paced environments  
● Strong sourcing and outreach experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks  
● Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills with exceptional attention to detail  
● Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly as business needs evolve  
● Experience within startups, e-commerce, DTC, consumer brands, wellness, pet, or CPG companies strongly preferred  
● Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar tools  
● Familiarity with HRIS or people operations platforms such as Gusto, Rippling, or BambooHR  
● Strong sense of ownership, urgency, professionalism, and accountability**
