## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a French Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Agent to join our team in Sofia. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in French who are eager to support gaming operations and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth back office processes.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide effective back office support for French-speaking customers through various communication channels.
-   Assist in resolving account, payment, and technical issues promptly and accurately.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and process improvements.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and back office procedures.
-   Stay up to date with gaming products, industry trends, and regulations.
-   Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an asset.
-   Experience in back office support or customer service, preferably within the gaming industry.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
-   Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
-   Willingness to work in Sofia and adapt to the local culture.
