**What You’ll Do**

As our **Home Health Registered Nurse Clinical Manager**, you’ll be the **heartbeat** of our clinical operations. Your days will be filled with purpose as you:

-   Support and mentor a dedicated team of nurses and caregivers
-   Ensure our patients receive safe, high-quality, personalized care
-   Oversee clinical documentation, care plans, and regulatory compliance
-   Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and families
-   Lead case conferences and guide clinical decision-making
-   Help onboard, train, and inspire new team members
-   Keep a close eye on quality measures, patient satisfaction, and outcomes

## Requirements

### What You Bring

-   Active MI RN license
-   2–3 years of **clinical experience** in home health, hospice, or a related field is preferred.
-   Previous **leadership or supervisory** experience
-   Solid **understanding of Medicare home health OASIS** is a plus.
-   Comfort with EMR systems and clinical workflows
-   Experience working with physicians, referral partners, patient families, and interdisciplinary care teams
-   **Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)** is a plus.
-   Experience with **Kinnser** is a plus.
-   Ability to work in the field as needed
-   Eligible to work in the United States
