### What Your Day Looks Like

-   Diagnose and recommend options for homeowners to add, remove, replace and upgrade their electrical needs
-   Handle residential electrical installs, upgrades, and repairs
-   Diagnose circuits and equipment using modern tools and tech
-   Work closely with dispatch and customer service to keep jobs smooth
-   Put safety first and raise the bar for quality
-   Knock out additional tasks with confidence and pride

## Requirements

-   **18+ years old** with a valid driver’s license
-   **MN Journeyman license required**
-   Hands-on residential electrical experience
-   Customer-focused mindset — you know how to build trust before presenting options
-   Strong communication and technical electrical skills
-   Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

### Compensation

**$50–$60/hour+**  
**OR $100,000–$140,000+ annually** — and yes, top performers blow past that.
