**Position Overview**

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead installation operations across our Charlotte market. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing project execution, installation scheduling, customer satisfaction, material procurement, and the overall profitability of bathroom, window, and sunroom remodeling projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in home improvement operations, specifically windows, sunrooms, and/or bathroom remodeling. This individual must be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation & Benefits**

• Base Salary: $60,000+ annually (flexible based on experience)  
• Performance Bonus & Incentive Plan: $15,000–$20,000+ annually

**What You'll Do**

• Manage day-to-day production operations for the Charlotte market  
• Schedule installation crews and coordinate project timelines  
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the installation process  
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction  
• Order and track materials to ensure projects remain on schedule  
• Monitor project costs, margins, and profitability  
• Collaborate with sales, service, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution  
• Ensure installation quality standards and company processes are consistently followed  
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations  
• Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

**You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have**

• Previous management or supervisory experience required  
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction operations required  
• Strong knowledge of windows, sunrooms, bathrooms, or related residential remodeling products  
• Installation experience within the home improvement industry strongly preferred  
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills  
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail  
• Experience scheduling crews, coordinating projects, and managing deadlines  
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications  
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) is a major plus  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining profitability goals  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
