Aspire Software is looking for a AI Engineer to join our team in Lebanon.

About the job:

-   You'll be a force multiplier on our product team. You won't just write code — you'll wield AI tools to compress every stage of development, from architecture and prototyping to testing, refactoring, and shipping.
-   We want someone who has actually built and shipped real products using AI-augmented workflows, not someone who's only experimented with them. If you've used Claude Code, Cursor,
-   Copilot, v0, Replit, or similar tools to take features from idea to production at speeds that would have been impossible two years ago, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

-   Drive AI-accelerated development across the marketplace modernization initiative
-   Build prototypes and production features in days that previously took weeks
-   Establish AI-augmented workflows (codegen, code review, test generation, documentation) for the broader team
-   Architect and implement features across the stack — frontend, backend, search, and data
-   Partner closely with design and product on rapid iteration cycles
-   Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities into the product itself (search, recommendations, listing intelligence, content moderation)
-   Contribute to foundational technical decisions on the new platform

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience
-   Real, demonstrable experience using AI tools to ship production code — not side experiments
-   Examples of products or features where AI tooling was core to the velocity and the outcome
-   Strong fundamentals in modern web development: TypeScript/JavaScript, a modern framework (Next.js, React), and solid backend experience
-   Comfort working across the stack and pragmatic judgment about where to spend depth versus where to move fast
-   Systems thinking — marketplaces, search, listings, trust signals, and transactional flows

Nice to have

-   Experience modernizing legacy platforms or migrating off older stacks
-   B2B SaaS or marketplace background
-   Familiarity with the jewelry, luxury, or trading industries
-   Experience with iOS & Android mobile solutions
-   Experience integrating LLM features (RAG, agents, structured extraction) into production apps
-   Background working in small high-velocity teams
