## Description

Joyce Manufacturing Company (JMC) has been a trusted family-owned leader in residential building products since 1955. We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Workers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where quality and teamwork are valued.

**What You’ll Do**

·         Perform general production duties including assembling, packing, and handling materials

·         Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

·         Inspect finished products for quality assurance

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area

·         Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

**What We’re Looking For**

·         Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

·         Ability to work in a team environment

·         Comfortable lifting up to 50-70 lbs. and standing for extended periods

·         Attention to detail and commitment to quality

·         Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays
