SWOT Hospitality is looking to hire a

**Maintenance Manager**

for the **Nirema Samos M Gallery by Accor.**

**About the role**

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel and ensuring the optimal physical condition of the property. This includes managing maintenance staff, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise maintenance team in their daily duties and ensure efficient completion of work.
-   Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs for all hotel appliances, systems, and facilities.
-   Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues and ensure all areas are in safe working order.
-   Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
-   Respond to emergencies and operational maintenance requests in a timely manner.
-   Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
-   Maintain documentation of all maintenance processes, including inventory records.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
-   Proven knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
-   Relevant certifications in maintenance or engineering (Diploma/Degree).
