## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Family Medicine Specialist / Consultant** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term disease management.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive medical care to patients across different age groups.
-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
-   Conduct routine health assessments, preventive screenings, and wellness consultations.
-   Develop personalized treatment and follow-up plans.
-   Manage common conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, and cardiovascular risk factors.
-   Provide patient education on lifestyle, nutrition, preventive care, and disease management.
-   Refer patients to appropriate specialists when required.
-   Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
-   Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits, and professional development activities.

## Requirements

-   MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Family Medicine**.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as a Specialist / Consultant in Family Medicine.
-   Strong experience in primary care, preventive medicine, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
-   **UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, Canadian, or equivalent Western qualifications** are preferred.
-   Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
-   Commitment to patient-centered care and high professional standards.
