**Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 5 - 20 LPA)**

**Experience:** 2+ / 4+ / 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced **Lead ServiceNow Developer** with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and ITSM. The candidate should have strong technical skills in developing, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions.

## Requirements

### Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development

Strong knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB)

Experience with IRM/GRC modules

Custom Application Development

Service Catalog & Flow Designer

JavaScript, Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem)

REST/SOAP API Integration

Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes

Update Sets & Release Management

Good communication and problem-solving skills

### Preferred:

Experience with App Engine Studio & Scoped Applications

Knowledge of IntegrationHub

Experience with Service Portal/UI Builder

CSA certification is mandatory; CAD and CIS-ITSM/CIS-RC are preferred.
