### Myth vs Reality — running your own station in a hotel kitchen

**MYTH:** “It’s just putting toppings on dough.”  
**REALITY:** You manage a full pizza station in a hotel kitchen in Greece. That means dough handling, timing, oven control, preparation flow and consistent output during high-volume service.

**MYTH:** “It’s easy because it’s only pizza.”  
**REALITY:** During dinner rush in a resort, pizza demand is constant. You must stretch, top and bake efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.

**MYTH:** “You just follow basic recipes.”  
**REALITY:** You work with standardized recipes, yes — but you are responsible for execution. Texture, temperature, presentation and timing matter.

**MYTH:** “You won’t work independently.”  
**REALITY:** The pizza station is your responsibility. You coordinate with the kitchen team, but you control your section.

## Requirements
