## Description

**Enclave Real Estate** is expanding its Dubai sales team and is looking for an **experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Agent** to join our growing multinational operation.

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with a proven track record in **Dubai residential property sales**, strong client relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **1 year of experience** in real estate or property sales
-   Previous **UAE/Dubai real estate experience strongly preferred**
-   Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing transactions
-   Strong knowledge of Dubai's **secondary/resale property market**
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
-   Existing client database or proven ability to generate business is an advantage
-   Valid UAE driving license preferred
-   Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
