Patrique Mercier Recruitment, in collaboration with Supercell Games, is excited to present an opportunity for a Swedish-speaking Player Support Specialist to join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Swedish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to Swedish-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and empathetic support to Swedish-speaking players across multiple communication channels such as chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and address player issues efficiently and accurately.
-   Collect and report player feedback to relevant teams to enhance game features and support services.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of player interactions and support requests.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support workflows and improve the overall player experience.
-   Contribute to the development and updating of support documentation and knowledge base materials.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with players.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
