## Requirements

We are building a talent pool for exceptional PhD graduates in healthcare who are interested in applying their research expertise to real-world challenges in our company. Ideal candidates are curious, collaborative, and motivated to translate advanced knowledge into impact.

In order to apply, this should be part of your background:

-   PhD in Healthcare, Biomedical Sciences and ML
-   Strong research experience demonstrated through publications, presentations, or projects.
-   Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data.
-   Interest in applying scientific knowledge to healthcare innovation and practical solutions.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   Business-oriented mindset and interest.
