Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing Industry. This role is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to provide exceptional support and assistance to Dutch-speaking clients while being part of a reputable organization.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to manufacturing products and services.
-   Assist customers with order processing, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
-   Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions that uphold customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
-   Collaborate with production and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately to support service improvement initiatives.
-   Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging trust and loyalty to the company's brand.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
-   A proactive approach to customer service and a strong team player.
