**Job Overview** 

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate accounting and demonstrate the ability to manage financial activities, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. 

**Key Responsibilities** 

-   Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency  

-   Prepare and present timely financial statements and management reports  

-   Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow  

-   Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements  

-   Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team  

-   Collaborate with senior management to support financial planning and business strategy

## Requirements

Requirements 

-   7–10 years of experience in accounting, with proven experience in real estate accounting (essential)  

-   Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance  

-   Demonstrated ability to manage accounting functions and financial operations  

-   Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills  

-   Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills  

-   Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
