## Description

\-Lead high-value hyperscale data centre projects in Cyberjaya. High impact, top packages & real growth.  
\-Lead contracts, claims, and risk for high-value hyperscale data centre projects across CSA and MEP packages.  
  
  
Core Responsibilities  
\-Contract Admin: Enforce FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke contract terms across project lifecycles.  
\-Claims & Disputes: Assess EOTs, negotiate cost claims, and resolve MEP package disputes.  
\-Procurement: Draft contract terms and evaluate bids for HVAC, UPS, generators, and MV/LV systems.  
\-Risk Control: Identify exposure early and enforce proactive risk mitigation.  
\-Stakeholder Alignment: Direct key contract decisions between client, PMC, and contractors.  
  
  
What We Need  
\-Degree in QS, Construction Management, or Engineering.  
\-10+ years in construction contract management.  
\-Direct experience on data centre or mission-critical projects.  
\-Expertise in FIDIC, NEC, or complex bespoke contracts.  
\-Proven track record resolving major MEP claims.
