**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
-   Generate new business through networking, referrals and database management.
-   Conduct property viewings and provide clients with expert advice on Dubai's secondary market.
-   Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through to negotiation and successful closing.
-   Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
-   Negotiate offers and contracts while ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
-   Keep up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
-   Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
-   Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximise exposure for property listings.
-   Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every stage of the sales journey.
