Intale is a young dynamic company that modernises the retail industry. Our mission is to digitize and connect retailers and help them succeed in the 21 century.

**How we do it**

Our flagship product, **Intale Point**, is a retail management software that helps stores issue receipts, manage stock and orders, review important statistics and many more. Currently, over 2000 stores use our software across Greece-Cyprus. Our users vary from small local independent stores to national retail chains, petrol stations and catering restaurants.

**The Role**

Intale is now seeking an **Junior Accounting Associate** to join our dynamic team.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and providing support to our accounting partners and financial officer.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and keeping track of financial records
-   Assist in month-end and year-end closings
-   Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
-   Assist in the preparation of financial reports
-   Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
-   Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
-   Reconcile customer and suppliers balances, verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
-   Track, classify and record warehouse movements
-   Perform day to day payments of various expenses and suppliers
-   Create and update records and databases with personnel, contracts, financial and other data
-   Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
-   Make travel arrangements when necessary

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
-   Knowledge of ERP software (ideally Epsilon Pylon) and MS Office (especially Excel)
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-   Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
-   Good understanding of accounting principles
-   Knowledge of Greek tax regulations is a plus
-   Native Greek Speaker is required
-   Very good knowledge of English language
