## Description

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Middle/Senior Go Developer** to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go.
-   Build and support REST and gRPC APIs.
-   Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
-   Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interactions.
-   Take ownership of services throughout the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and production support.
-   Ensure system scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance.
-   Write and maintain backend tests.
-   Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Prometheus.
-   Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
-   Contribute to the integration of AI-powered functionality where applicable.

## Requirements

**Required skills:**

-   4+ years of overall commercial software development experience.
-   2+ years of production experience with Golang.
-   Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines and channels.
-   Experience with microservice architecture.
-   Hands-on experience with gRPC and REST APIs.
-   Experience with PostgreSQL.
-   Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
-   Experience with Docker.
-   Understanding of scalability, high availability, and backend system reliability.
-   Experience with backend testing.
-   Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus.
-   English level: B2 or higher.

**Nice to have:**

-   3+ years of production experience with Go.
-   Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance projects.
-   Experience designing backend architecture.
-   Experience with AI integrations.
-   Experience owning services from initial design through production support.
