**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Relationship & Growth**

• Serve as the dedicated owner of client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term

growth.

• Support the Regional Director with deep knowledge of Upstream’s business to win new

opportunities.

Account Management

• Supervise assigned accounts.

• Direct local partnerships and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of agreements.

**Financial & Operational Oversight**

• Manage account P&L, monitor performance, and oversee invoicing and payment processes.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, contracts, and recruitment channels.

Project Leadership

• Mobilize and orchestrate cross-functional and virtual teams for project implementation.

• Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, Product, Project, Support) to deliver

client objectives.

**Marketing & Campaign Management**

• Provide input on marketing campaigns and monitor execution, ROI, and ROM.

• Align marketing initiatives with client goals and market dynamics.

Operational Delivery

• Direct local operational resources and ensure accountability for client deliverables and

market inputs.

## Requirements

-   **15 years** of experience in account management, preferably in telecom, technology, consulting, digital marketing or SaaS industries.
-   Software as a Service (SaaS) expertise
-   Experienced in the telecommunications sector with established industry connections.
-   Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
-   Customer Journey Mapping and Customer Success experience
-   Knowledge of Digital Services, E-Commerce, and B2B environments
-   Technical proficiency and ability to collaborate with product teams
-   Leadership and team coordination across multiple geographies
-   High level of technical proficiency and comfort with digital platforms and analytics tools.
-   Demonstrated ability to manage account P&L, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
-   Qualifications
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
-   Proven success in managing large accounts and delivering growth in emerging markets
