### About Our Client:

Our client, a growing educational and technology organization, is seeking an experienced AI Product & UX Instructor to teach and mentor students on AI product development, user experience design, product strategy, and practical approaches to becoming successful AI Product & UX professionals.

This role is ideal for an experienced product manager, UX designer, or AI product professional who is passionate about teaching and sharing real-world industry knowledge with aspiring product and user experience professionals.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Deliver engaging training sessions on AI product management, user experience design, and product development strategies.
-   Teach students how to design user-centered AI products and digital experiences.
-   Guide students on product discovery, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and product lifecycle management.
-   Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world AI product and UX insights with students.
-   Teach students how to integrate AI features into digital products while maintaining strong user experience principles.
-   Train students on usability testing, customer journey mapping, product thinking, and user engagement strategies.
-   Develop instructional materials, practical assignments, presentations, and project-based learning exercises.
-   Facilitate workshops, design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and interactive product simulations.
-   Mentor students on portfolio development, collaboration, and career pathways within AI product and UX fields.
-   Stay updated on AI product trends, UX innovations, design tools, and emerging technologies.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Skills:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
-   Minimum of 4–5 years of practical experience in product management, UX/UI design, AI product development, or related technology fields.
-   Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, user-centered design principles, and AI-powered digital experiences.
-   Experience working with product design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
-   Familiarity with AI products, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing techniques.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
-   Ability to explain product and UX concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
-   Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
-   Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and virtual learning platforms.
-   Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience delivering workshops, mentoring programs, or product/UX training sessions.
-   Background in AI-powered product development, SaaS platforms, or digital product strategy.
-   Familiarity with design systems, analytics tools, and agile product development methodologies.
-   Certifications in UX design, product management, AI, or related disciplines are an advantage.
