Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a 1099 Contractor specializing in remediation to join our team. In this role, you will independently manage property damage remediation projects, delivering high-quality repair and restoration services across a variety of property types.

This position requires a self-motivated professional capable of assessing damages, developing effective remediation plans, coordinating with project stakeholders, and executing repairs that meet Superior’s quality standards.

Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, flooring, kitchen and bath renovations, and more.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Independently assess property damage and create remediation plans tailored to each project
-   Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the remediation process
-   Schedule and oversee work crews or subcontractors as needed to complete projects efficiently
-   Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and effective results
-   Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices during remediation work
-   Provide regular progress updates and final reports to clients and project stakeholders

### **Requirements**

-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in property repair and damage remediation
-   General Liability Insurance
-   Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and remediation best practices
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
-   Proven project management skills, including time and budget management
-   Must have the necessary tools and reliable transportation
-   Must currently reside in the United States
