## Description

We are building a candidate pool of qualified Human Services professionals in and around the Tallahassee, Florida area to support potential disaster response and recovery operations for Hurricane Isaias. Opportunities may support disaster-affected individuals and communities through sheltering, case management, survivor assistance, resource coordination, and other human services activities. Specific positions, assignments, and start dates will vary based on project needs.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Support disaster survivors and individuals affected by emergencies.
-   Provide information, referrals, and assistance with available resources and services.
-   Assist with intake, case management, documentation, and follow-up activities.
-   Coordinate with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community partners.
-   Maintain accurate records and documentation.
-   Support sheltering, recovery, or other human services operations as assigned.
-   Perform other duties consistent with the position and project requirements.

## Requirements

-   Experience in human services, social services, case management, emergency management, disaster response, or a related field.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in high-pressure environments.
-   Strong organizational and documentation skills.
-   Ability to work flexible schedules and travel within the assigned area as project needs require.
