**About the Role:**

Enfinity Global is looking for Analyst - Power Systems Studies with minimum 3 years of experience who will be responsible for

-   Support management of all interconnection activities through full life cycle of application, development and construction of solar PV + storage projects in MISO, PJM, SPP, WECC and ERCOT.
-   Track ISO / Utility transmission expansion plans, resource plans and interconnection regulations as they evolve.
-   Support the preparation and filing of interconnection requests.
-   Support as needed in power system modelling include injection studies, load flow studies and curtailment studies.

The candidate should have a deep knowledge of Electrical Engineering with a special focus on Power Systems and Power Electronics. This person must have strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and teams.

The candidate shall be able to perform their activities complying with International Standards.

This role encompasses strategic planning responsibilities, providing an opportunity to expand professional expertise and capabilities. Candidates will be accountable for managing project timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams in collaboration with colleagues based in India and the United States.

Our final candidate will require strong negotiation, leadership, communication, technical and critical thinking skills, adaptability, problem solving, data analysis and a high level of proactivity, and be comfortable working in a very dynamic environment and with highly expansive growth strategies.

## Requirements

**Key responsibilities & Skills:**

-   Power system modelling.
-   Interconnection filing.
-   Electrical Design.
-   Report writing.
-   Analytical Thinking.
-   Expertise with ETAP, PSSE, PSLF, ASPEN & PSCAD modelling.
-   Familiarity with Transmission system and interconnection process across ISOs/Utilities in US.
-   Knowledge around Utility OATT policies, transmission cost regulations, ISO transmission planning; background in transmission project design, construction and cost estimates around sub-stations / transmission lines / switchyard and schedule management.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

-   Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical or Power in any sector.
-   Experience around solar + storage interconnection project designs
-   Experience in transmission cost
-   Organized and meticulous person.
-   Ability to set, manage, and track multiple priorities and related details
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
-   Advanced user of Microsoft Package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
-   Fluent in English (professional vocabulary is a must).
-   Creative thinker, trying to find new ways of doing things
-   Hands-on mentality, and focus on getting things done
-   Taking ownership and wanting to get things right
