## Description

\- Manage the delivery of company products to business partners, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery methods.

\- Develop new customers and new projects to expand business opportunities.

\- Collect payments from trade receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts.

\- Negotiate with customers on pricing, sales terms, payment terms, and delivery conditions.

\- Drive sales of based concrete admixtures to Thailand’s leading ReadyMix Concrete (RMC) producers, covering approximately 60% of the market.

\- Lead new client acquisition and product replacement initiatives, converting competitor products.

\- Navigate complex and lengthy vendor approval processes with major

## Requirements

\- Minimum 5-15+ years of sales experience in construction chemicals, with a strong focus on concrete admixtures

\- Background with, or strong industry connections to, leading global construction chemical companies

\- Solid understanding of both the technical and commercial advantages of based admixtures compared to traditional naphthalene

\- based products - Fluent in both Thai and English

## Benefits

Competitive salary package with bonus

Base salary about 80,000-200,000THB /M (Can be 20% increased base salary)
