## Description

Embedded finance partner to 3 functions — Transport Ops (supply), Marketing (demand gen), and Tech/platform incl. its Product, Data & Dev sub-teams.  
Owns budgeting, forecasting, and decision support; turns operational drivers into financial outcomes and challenges dept heads with data.

  
**Must-have technical skills:**  
  
• Budgeting & approval — runs annual cycle for assigned functions, bottom-up budgets, reforecasts, budget-vs-actual discipline  
• Forecasting — driver-based (not trend extrapolation), links ops metrics to P&L, rolling forecasts + scenario modeling  
• Financial modeling — advanced Excel/Sheets, builds & maintains multi-driver models solo  
• Variance & diagnostics — explains the why; EBITDA/GMV/revenue bridges, cost-driver attribution  
• Data fluency — pulls & validates own data; SQL or strong BI (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) a big plus

• Credibility with non-finance leaders — can hold the line with Ops, Marketing, Tech heads  
• Influences without authority; turns analysis into decisions, not just reports  
• Commercial instinct — understands the business model, not just the ledger  
• Clear, concise executive communication

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Econ; CPA/CFA/MBA a plus.
-   Prior FP&A in mobility, fintech, e-commerce, food/grocery delivery, telco, or FMCG commercial finance
-   5–8 yrs FP&A/commercial finance; ideally has business-partnered specific functions
-   Advanced Excel; ERP exposure (NetSuite ideal); BI tool; SQL desirable.
